Our present turn around time is still running 1 to 2 Business Days from date of order to Outgoing Mail and we see no reason that this should change in the future, based on our present staffing..

 

on Monday, Wednesday and Friday we process and ship orders  - we can accommodate a special request when time is an issue.

 

on Tuesday and Thursday we publish Special Request orders and Shadow Box Presentations. 

 

When you get your material, check everything over good for errors, we are all Old Vets here, a (our old eyes aren’t what they use to be),  there may be an occasional mistake. If you catch any, drop us an email and we will send out a replacement ASAP.

The Shadow Box Certificate may take a day or so longer based on the fact that each one is unique to the individual, and very time consuming to compile.

 

 
 

 

 

The present Turn-Around Time is 1 Business Day and we ship Monday - Saturday -  via First Class Mail "Insured" Package Service

you also have the option to upgrad shipping to 1-3 day Priority Mail

your Tracking number will be provided via email regardless of which shipping option you choose

Army certificates when ordered with the Padded Certificate Holder will be 8/x10 to fit the official Army Holder size
